South Hills Model Railroad Club

Minutes of the meeting of April 17, 2008

The April 17^th meeting of the South Hills Model Railroad Club was called to order at 7:08 PM by President Jeff Graybill.

The following were present: Chuck Dollins, Mike Fredrick, Blase La Rotonda, Dale Vilsack, Dave Bodnar, Dan Tiel, Paul Hanson, Vince Polis, Jeff Graybill, Bill Baldwin, John Graybill

Mr. Graybill reported that investigation continues of possible quarters at the Bridgeville station and the Venitia school.

Mr. Bodnar, Treasurer reported a bank balance as of this date of 267.00 with additional dues of $97.00 collected at this meeting.

Mr. Baldwin, Secretary reported that the Fictitious Name Act filing was completed. Our # is 3800359. Kent Miller will act as Secretary at the May 15^th meeting.

Mr. Graybill made the following announcements:

            -The Iron Horse is under new ownership

            -The next Greenburg show is July 12-13

-It is hoped that modules in various scales can be constructed for the November Greenburg show.

-Jim Sacco of City Classics will present a program at the May 15th meeting on modeling gas stations.

-Future programs will include Ken Hannawald on a car routing system and a swap meet.

Dave Bodnar demonstrated hs HO scale “Free Mo” module.

The Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 PM.
