SHMRRC Minutes for the Monthly Meeting

The meeting was held at Mt. Lebanon United Lutheran Church, President Jeff Graybill presiding.

Presidents Report:

 

The club will hold a work meeting on Saturday, August 29 at Mt. Lebanon United Lutheran Church.  The meeting will start at 9:00 am.

 

The purpose of the work meeting is to bring all of our modules up to the FreeMo standards.  We will be adding Digitrax connectors the modules as required and also installing a 16v ac accessory bus to all modules for a future power supply for animations and lighting.  Any other work such as scenery or trackwork can also be done.

 

All module owning members are encouraged to attend so that we can combine our efforts and complete the work efficiently.

 

Our next scheduled show is the Mt. Lebanon Uptown Market and Holiday Celebration.  We do not have a date for the show yet but Dave Bodnar will contact the Mt. Lebanon authorities to learn about their plans.

 

 

Treasurers Report:

 

The total in the treasury remains at $6,070.05 with $680.00 cash on hand and $5,390.05 in checking.

Discussion was held regarding the tools needed for the work meeting.
