The meeting was held at the Mt. Lebanon United Lutheran Church, Jeff Graybill presiding.

Presidents Report

Lite Nite at Mt. Lebanon was a great success, with an estimated attendance of over 7oo.

The Scott Twp. Setup is probably March 6^th and 7^th.  Dave Murphy passed around a flier to be used to promote the event.

Locomotion Weekend at the science center will be 11^th and 12^th.  Jeff will email any new developments involving Locomotion Weekend. 

We are looking into a new skirt and clips for the layout.

The next meeting will be Jan. 29^th and dues collection will begin.

Bud is working on having several presentations for the Jan. and Feb. meetings.

Treasurers Report:

The treasury remains in good shape.  Think dues.

Program:

Dave Bodnar showed miniature camera about 1&1/2 inch cubed, adjustments are made from a phone app.  Also, several sizes of miniature self-tapping screws.  All available on e-bay.

Dave Maynard is reworking old time small box cars, dissembling Bachman stock.

Dale is rebuilding a corner module to accommodate an industrial switching yard.
