MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF FEBRUARY 21, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7PM.

Dave Bodnar presented a program and demonstration of electronic control devices..

Jeff Graybill announced that Dave Bodnar had accepted the nomination for Treasurer. Mr. Bodnar was elected to the position by unanimous ballot.

Jeff Graybill reported on a meeting of the officers held on Feb15th.

-3 locations are being investigated for possible quarters.

Former Bridgeville Library and old PRR station now under the custody of the Bridgeville Historical Society.

Venitia School-Peters Township

Catherine’s School, Broadway Ave Beechview.

The Castle Shannon Library will permit the Club to meet on the third Thursday evening of each month in 2008.

We have received a Federal Employer’s Identification Number, 26-1984811.

The Secretary was instructed to apply for Fictitious Name Registration. A motion was adopted authorizing payment of a $70.00 State registration fee.

The possible Bridgeville meeting site.

Module displays for the Nov 2008 Greenburg Show

Payment of rent to Castle Shannon Library on an annual basis
