SOUTH HILLS MODEL RAILROAD CLUB

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JANUARY 24, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7:10Pm in the Castle Shannon Library by Jeffrey Graybill.

Previous notice had been given by e-mail that election of officers would take place.

The following officers were nominated and elected by unanimous vote:

President:  Jeff Graybill

Vice President:  Wally Workmaster

Secretary: Bill Baldwin

David Bodnar was nominated for Treasurer but was not able to be present at this meeting. The election of a Treasurer was therefore delayed until the February meeting pending Mr. Bodnar’s acceptance of the nomination.

New Business

1.      By unanimous vote dues were established at $ 35.00 per year.

2.      Mr Bodnar and Mr. Baldwin were asked to prepare application and dues forms including receipts for payment.

3.      Mr. Baldwin was asked to assist in obtaining an EIN # and Fictitious Business Name registration

4.      Three possible sites were discussed for meeting/layout sites.

Venitia School Peters Twp, St Catherines School, Beechview and the former PRR station in Bridgeville.

The Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 Pm.
