Meeting was held at Vanadium Woods, President Jeff Graybill presiding.

Presidents Report:

Jeff is checking the possibility of a modular setup at the July Greenberg show. We will probably have a modular setup prior to the show. Preferably at a public location. He is also investigating paper work for submission to the IRS concerning our checking account.

Treasurers Report:

The treasury remains in good shape. A reminder that 2013 dues are due at your earliest convenience. Warren delivered an Amazon gift card as gift to Vanadium Woods. Dave Bodnar and Rick Lambert are coordinating the storage of the cabinet for the N scale project. Carnival or amusement park structures have been ordered for the project. Personal expenditures for the project are reimbursable from the Treasury.

Program:

Jeff demonstrated how to install DCC chips, circuit boards and speakers upgrading older or non DCC locomotives.
