Presidents Report:

Jeff has been in contact with the Science Center’s Patty Rogers in preparation for our Dec.10th & 11th setup and demos. A few details such as timing and parking are still being finalized. The test setup will be at the Mt. United Lutheran Church, Saturday Dec. 3rd, 9 AM to Noon. A

meeting is scheduled for Dec. 14th at Vanadium Woods.

 

Treasurers Report:

The treasury is in good shape.

 

Program:

Warren and Jeff brought in diagrams for several possible layout options for our 30” by 60” N scale layout. Jeff brought enough track to complete a proposed plan and it was snapped together quickly as an example of his plan. Most likely 2 separate loops and a point to point. The layout will be funded by the club with construction sessions at various members’ shops, garages and members will be building structures and scenery at home for inclusion in the final layout.

The aim is to include:

Trolley station or platform and train station or platform

Lake and/or stream

Mountains with pond and/or stream

Residential and industrial buildings
