Meeting was held at Vanadium Woods, Vice President Warren Ashbrook and Jeff Graybill presiding.

Presidents Report:

Jeff reported that the November Greenberg Show, Nov.12 and 13,. cannot accommodate our modular layout. There is a possibility of the club setting up at the Science Center Dec.10 & 11. We possibly would give demos on various aspect of railroad modeling. If this is finalized we would have a test setup at the church as we did the last time. The next meeting is moved up to the third Thursday in Nov., the 16^th. The December meeting will probably be on the 14^th.

Treasurers Report:

The treasury is in good shape. No change from last month.

Program:

Jeff brought in examples of N Kato N gauge track to show various radii available for our proposed demo layout. Various configurations were discussed. The size will probably be 30” X 60”, but possible width may be as much a 36”. Most likely 2 separate loops and a point to point. Warren will diagram some possibilities for the next meeting. The layout will be funded by the club with construction sessions at various members’ shops, garages and members will be building structures and scenery at home for inclusion in the final layout.
